Endurance

“Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good. His love endures forever.”

Psalm 136:1 (NIV).

I step boldly into life as I journey on my path;

Where my doubts and fears stop at dead ends,

And my choices and intentions create divine detours.

The inevitability of change is apparent everywhere I look,

And it seems with every new change, something must end.

Then I hear a whisper…

“Watch nature’s relay race through the seasons,

As the baton is passed from Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall.

While changes in your life can be sudden or even tiresome,

Rely on My love to push you through the transitions;

So, when you finish, you can grow and endure forever.”
