A Spiritual Harvest
“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace”
Galatians 5:22a (NIV).
As I look at empty limbs and out across barren grounds,
I concentrate on my hopes for promised prosperity,
While struggling to silence my doubts that I’ve worked in vain.
How do I continue to sow when the time to reap seems so far?
Then I hear a whisper…
“Weed away the distractions of ego, comparisons and fear.
Remember that seeds of faith work best in unseen spaces.
Keep your ground, and prepare for the richness of the Spirit,
Filled with boundless love, joy and peace in your life.”
