Blooming Grace

“For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God”

Ephesians 2:8 (NIV).

I work to offer gratitude, to compensate for my asking for more.

Yet, after tallying up my shortcomings, I see how much work remains;

Just for me to feel able to accept the magnitude of Your love.

How can something so impossible, be possible for me?

Then I hear a whisper…

“Take a deep breath and gaze upon the wildflowers.

See how they take root and grow out of any circumstance;

Without planning or planting necessary from you.

Let My loving grace bloom in you like these flowers;

And view the effortless beauty it provides in your life.”
